Rorie Deacon
Winger Rorie Deacon signed scholarship terms in January 2008 after coming through the Hale End academy system.
Confident on the ball, and with an eye for a pass Rorie is comfortable on either flank, using his blistering pace and technical skills to go beyond defenders, he can also play as a striker and in central midfield.
Deacon is in the mould of England international Shaun Wright-Phillips, strong and can hold the ball up despite not having the biggest physique, his impressive performances have put pressure on Jason Banton who was sold to Tottenham in January.
Rorie will look to push on and player Under 18’s football next term, with the Reserves and Under 18 lacking a natural right midfielder the 15 year old could make the position his own next term.
